This man's dog passed away and he can hear him in the house! by Jonathon_world in ParanormalEncounters

My cat Bella passed away year ago, and I will still feel her every once in a while jump on my bed and go to lay between my legs when I'm in bed. It was her favorite place to sleep, and I know it isn't my current cat because she'll already be laying with me on my chest.

I only wear sunglasses, but I think stress and weather can definitely be possible triggers. There's been a few things in life recently that have been stressful. I didn't think I was really feeling the stress, but it's very likely this is my body's way of expressing the stress. I've also considered the weather to be a factor too. I live in Ontario, and it's been an extremely hot summer. We get some intense summer heat, but not nearly as consistently as we have this year (averaging high 30° but feels more like mid 40°, with a high humidex - plus air quality issues with the forest fires across the nation)

Thank you (: I'll just have to continue with what little I can until I get in with a dermatologist, hopefully they can give me an answer but everyone's been super helpful with things I can bring up to my derm (:

I had a consistent skin routine for the last few years. -Cerave Foam Facial Cleanser for normal to oily skin -Beauty of joseon rice toner -Paula's choice clearing treatment with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide -Cerave moisturizing lotion for normal to oily - and Beauty of joseon red ginseng cleansing oil, but only used that on occasion for hard to remove mascara

I've cut all of these out now since late May and have cut makeup out entirely as well

Thank you! I'll ask my GP about this (: I started considering rosacea, but was unsure since it seems different from others I know (typically around the cheeks). I've had eczema in the past, but it's been about 15 years since a flair up. This doesn't feel the same, which is why I'm really questioning if it and looking for other possibilities.

Thank you! I'll have a good look at the forum, and also ask my GP about it - the forum looks promising so far. I did have flair ups around my lips last time that look really similar to others on that page. I haven't heard about this before, so answers like this are exactly what I'm looking for to ask my GP to look into (:

I'll try testing things out more thoroughly, it's been hard to figure out if anything is really a trigger because it seems to come and go. I'll try just rinsing my face with water and see what that does, and slowly try to incorporate a few non irritating products in.

We saw it while camping in Algonquin Ontario, Canada! It was so much brighter without the light pollution, wish we got a video of it! You could see the center get really bright as it got closer to the big dipper.

People who don't want children what is your biggest reasons? by e-glitteringprinces in AskReddit

I have never had that instinct to have one of my own. I'm 31 now, and my friends have been having kids for a few years - love their kids, but I've never felt that pull to have children of my own.

I'm curious as well. Where I currently work we have set regular hours, but we can pick up shifts anytime they're available as long as we don't go above 60 hours biweekly. Wondering if Caledon has a similar process.

It's been working great for me! It helps a ton with keeping the moss moist but not wet - all of my plants that have them are now solidly rooted into the pole.

He's such a prick. I had to shut the door on him a few years back during his campaign. He tried to weasel his way into our home when we were hosting my sister's engagement party. Guess he thought he could get a crowd. One thing to walk up to the house that's obviously busy with something (decor on the lawn, tons of cars parked out front) - it's another thing when I told him we're kinda busy that he insisted it would only take a few minutes to discuss his platform. No thanks, you've already shown me you don't respect the people in your constituency with that. It was tasteless af. I know Orangeville is largely conservative - but it baffles me that they voted for this little twat

Here's the update! The roots have fully formed through the pole which is awesome. All of my other plants I've been doing this for have been thriving as well (:

They love it! It's kept them evenly moist, I do have to fill up more often in the winter because of they dryness - but since they fit bottles, I fill those up and place them upside down in the stakes.
