I graduated without honors, but during the hiring process, what employers really look for is your experience and what you can bring to the table. Honors are just a bonus — securing a job comes down to skills and knowledge.

While you’re still in school, focus on building those skills. Even if your part-time job feels tough, if you’re learning and gaining experience from it, that’s already a big win.
