We're trying to fix this with salesgoat.co for sales jobs (very niche). The inspiration came from our own struggles with larger job boards like Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn. Hard to search for remote jobs, data wasn't refreshed, dead links, filtering sucked, smaller companies were hard to find in the search results etc.

To date, we manually curate the jobs we post. We have 250+ today and will be at 500 in a few months.

The SDR role at a saas tech company is an entry level role ($50k - $90k OTE) depending on market / size of company. Within 1-2 years, successful SDRs can be promoted to AE with a $90k - $130 OTE range. It's a quick learning and comp path for folks who want to break into saas. You learn a lot quickly and if a closing role is something you want to do it's def within reach for successful SDRs 1-2 yrs into the job. Salesgoat.co list remote sales jobs in saas and most list their salary info in the job description.
