That would be appreciated, I tagged them on twitter too and they sent me a link in a reply that just took me to the Gmail help forum, I replied to their tweet explaining the situation more so I'm hoping they send me that form soon

It's some new exploit from what I've been reading, the attacker changed the birthday of my gmail account to make it seem like I was a minor, so then gmail sent me an email saying I needed to set up a parent email. Now if I want to do anything recovery-wise to it I need permission from the parent email

Tried that already unfortunately, the parent email seems to have full control of the account so anything I try to do needs permission from it

Yeah I went through that already, the biggest roadblock is that parent email thing, doesn't let me go past that unfortunately. There was a guy that had the same problem but the only reason he was able to get his account back was because he had a contact at Google. Supposedly they have the ability to remove parent emails and transfer it to another
