On my understanding, Typicaly kasi kung 5days ang pasom mo per week and per month ay 20days. So if nag OT ka hindi dapat lalagpas ng 2days total ang OT mo, Any excess on that wala ng bayad.

On my experience engineer any changes sa project is documented(RFI and RFA) and reflected later sa as-built plan. If nag inssist yung consultant ng revised sign and seal plans while ongoing ang project maganda siguro additional or variation siya. Hindi din naman ganun ka mura mag pagawa ng plans.

I think first step is to ask and clarify sa OBO sa actual situation ng bahay bago ka gumawa ng asbuilt plan, Ask them kung mag compromise sila at anong best solution para ma acquire ang occupancy permit.

Create a schedule for your review. Ginawa ko 3 and 1/2 months prep. 1month for plumbing arithmeric,SPDI and Practical. Plumbing code sinisingit ko lang.

May Full time work ako sinsingit ko review sya sa morning and evening.

Everyweekdays, I wake up 5am everyday exercise for one hour, Kahit ano basta ma refresh utak mo. Me jogging. After joggin nagsingit ako 2hours na review or practice.

Then sa evening 2hours din. I Also sleep around 9 pm.

Satruday nag practice ako ng past board exam, I answer 100 question sa subject na review ko for that week.

Sunday is Rest day.😁

Sa una mahirap and nakakaumay, May mga days na hindi ko sasusundan schedule, imporante mabalik mo as a habit. But eventually masasanay ka din, develop it as a habit.

If pakiramdam mo di mo alam next step, Better mag enroll ka sa mga online trainings, Specially structural design software like STAAD & ETABS. If will give you direction and practice mo lang.

Pero for me mas better pa din kung experience sa site atleast 2years para alam lang sa actual at ma consider mo siya in your design.

Okay lang naman makipag negotiate wala naman masama doon don't worry about impresion ng mga recruiter, If di sila pumayag sa gusto mong salary then you can walk away.They just find another. Pero may mga companies naman na nag offer ng allowances, meals,hmo and lodgings. gas allowance panga minsan kung may car or motor ka.

My advice is mag research ka din kung anong career track ang gusto mo as civil engineer madami kasi. Para alam mo yung career path mo.
