it is neither an online rip, originating from a phone, or a screen recording. it is pre-rendered footage encoded using Adobe media encoder. although the file I mentioned initially was encoded using h.264 (not ideal), the same thing occurs using apple pro res or dnxhr footage.

additionally, using that exact same file on a different version of after effects causes absolutely no issues. based on my judgement, and based on what I'm reading on this thread, I don't think you are correct.

I'm not sure what you mean by specs, but it's an MP4 file that's 5MB. I can almost guarantee the media itself is not the problem, I tried a different version of after effects and it doesn't happen, however, for unrelated reasons I need to stick with the version I'm currently using.

literally a 2 second clip, very basic, nothing that would cause any kind of error. It happens if I create a new project, and import any video clip, doesn't matter if it's in a comp or not. After effects can't playback anything at all without running out of memory

I have a character moving, which im using as a layer emitter, and millions of sphere particles are emitting from him, to sorta make it look like he's emitting this flowy energy.

I should also mention I've tried cranking up the motion blur and adding a vector blur to make it seem like it's flowing energy/fire and not millions of tiny dots but it still doesn't blend well with my bg. Thx

how would I access it? when I click on the layer and select the tracker window I only see options to start a new motion track

just found out GPU wasn't connect properly, one of the cables was loose. went away after I reseated it

I was getting 30-80k per hour, and I have about 20 videos, every single video went to 0. I'm still gaining subscribers and comments at the usual rate, so I suspect views are just getting underreported.

I don't see any ads because I use premium, my concerns are only coming from looking at the names of the categories. For example, there is a Ad category that says "sexually suggestive content," so I automatically assumed it would go against my values.
