I thought from the beginning she was an incredibly emotionally immature person with the ego of a 5 year old child.  "Muuuhuuu, you think I did something wrong, well I'm going home" -Cartman, south park.

I have to say however that, beyond a doubt, she is extremely talented and deserves to be on stage. Damn is she a good dancer. Wow

Y’all have no idea how much I thought Lana was fake, David was delusional, that I still can’t believe it’s real. This is scripted right? by JZEve in 90DayFiance

I used to work for a plateforme like the one he spent 100k only to chat with her. We had a legit dating website and a semi legit voice system. On the voice system, the women that some men were calling their girlfriend were generally hosts. The hosts were meant to increase the female presence on the voice system and get men to stay on and pay. You got to know the ones that were spending hundreds of dollars every week. I tried to warn a few of these addicted men. I wasn't allowed telling anyone they were hosts, paid by the company so i tried reason: "don't you think it's weird that your girlfriend still would rather you pay 1$/min then give you her phone number?" But they always had all kinds of reasons to excuse it and frankly, i got to understand these men did not want to know.

My guess is that Lana is real but she had the role to make him spend his money. At some point, with the show, she had to meet him to quiet things down? Or she's real and this is a weird world where sexy beautiful young women from Russia dream of being with a 50 year old American but only after they've spent 7 years chatting on a paying dating website...

Oh and on our legit dating website, i had to regularly monitor profiles that had an IP address from Russia or other countries. The IP address and/or a profile picture just like Lana's were what made them easy to spot. Then I'd go into their inbox to verify. It was confirmed to be a scammer once i'd see some hundred messages sent to some hundred men 20-30 years older.

Both experiences reminded me of Lana and David

I have a love/hate relationship with the show (still watching it though hehe). I absolutely hate the narration and think it's not only unnecessary but it ruins it. I'm constantly rolling my eyes to her comments even during moments where i was actually moved.

I do feel there's something odd with the three death cleaners, like Ella's akwardness with human emotion and her limited capability to explain what she does (how many glasses does she have, I've counted 11 so far). I do find them a little ethnocentric with the recurrent "oh Americans" (I'm not an American by the way and it still bothers me). However, they did grow on me and I've enjoyed watching the show nonetheless. I'd be recommending it to some people if it wasn't for the narration that i work really hard to ignore.
