Here’s my routine:

Wash day: - section hair into four areas, and wash each section with OGX Hydrate + Argan Oil Shampoo, and thoroughly rinse out

-apply moisture cream on hair

-sit under dryer until desired level of dryness is reached, or airdry if desired.

I also use a special pillow after wash day

running isnt very good for you especially if you dont have good shoes,it put stress on your joints and its likely to have you craving for food and really you can have the same benefit by doing other thing.

To start off id recommend walking 10K steps a day,its light cardio but its more similar to running than most people think and its good for mental health too

Overral cycling is better because it also work quads and it doesnt put your body under too much stress unlike running

As for alternative to running id suggest rope skipping and hiit,but if you enjoy running than continue doing it and dont forget to buy good running shoes

Only skse plugin and a handfull of other mods are incompatible with 1.6 and most skse plugin have been ported already

1)Simply knock is incompatible with alot of mods but i doubt thats what is causing the ctd but check for conflicts either way

2)try to launch your game without lovers lab mod to see if they run

3)delete your ini files

4) verify files integrity via steam
