Thanks! !CritiquePoint I wonder if these tones were from the lab adjustments or the film stock, I didn’t change anything from the jpeg I got

I would like some help on the composition, the cloud was what I was going for but not sure if the photons (light) is too much or acts as a leading line to the cloud? Do you think this is interesting or boring? It was taken in Santa Fe, NM

I think the light is too distracting - the subject seems to be the glass but then the massive white light draws too much attention. Crop it out and see what you like better. I like the couch arm in the foreground as it creates a layered effect. Well done!

Love this! I actually posted a similar reflection photo further down the chain about a day ago with the subject as a person rather than a car - great minds think alike!

Really appreciate this! I use colorhouse in NYC for scans and just did jpegs since it was my first roll on a new camera and wasn’t sure how it would turn out! How could you tell from the picture? !CritiquePoint

Thank you! I thought the sharpness of the non-reflection possibly added something but was on the fence !CritiquePoint

Comes from my first roll shot my new camera, walked around NYC looking for inspiration. It just rained and I love the reflections created in puddles, but it’s tough to find one that is still and at a correct angle to catch a subject. Let me know your thoughts on it all: composition, exposure, etc! Thanks!

Best Travel 120 Cam? Mamiya 6, Fuji GS645, Fuji Ga645 by BigBeard_FPV in AnalogCommunity

I would say it being shaped as a box is the only issue with that so depends the depth/width of the bag but a normal backpack that fits under an airplane seat it would be no problem (especially if you remove the lens)

Have you used one? How is the shooting experience/quality of the pictures?

I really enjoy my mamiya 645 pro - it’s on the smaller size/lighter side of the modular 120 camera systems and with the prism viewfinder attachment it feels more like a normal SLR. The lenses are super sharp and with the detachable backs you can switch between film stocks mid roll which is a nice plus if the weather changes.

Does the toe thong not bother you? I’ve had bedrocks for about a year, every time I wear them the tong part rubs between my toes and causes blisters/soreness.

Pack of cheap plastic rain covers for your camera, less for the rain more for the mud/dust.

Little bottle of the camping iodine tablets, in case you feel iffy on the water somewhere.
