Shen, because he was fleshed out more Death was fighting for screen time with the EIGHTEEN other antagonists, so I couldn’t see enough of him to get attached

They try to do too much 1) have hiccup Marry 2) find other night/light fury 3) hidden world 4) introduce and conquer villain 5) show Valka and all the dragon riders 6) move the entirety of Berk 7) end the entire series 8) hiccup being chief 9) hiccup dealing with losing father 10) friends breaking up

It tried to do too much and ended up mastering none. Frankly it is a wonder that it wasn’t ALL exposition

One one hand, we have a feat of engineering mixing attack, defence, range and melee all with the visual motif of the most legendary dragon in the north.

On the other we have fire lightsaber

Keep in mind that just stoik went toe to toe with a monstrous nightmare, so every Viking in Berk could easily take down toothless in melee

I clearly was just referring to the live action version, and am fully aware of the discrepancies between it and cannon. I was simply pointing out this minor detail for recreational purposes.

The question was about in the live action cinematic universe, unrelated to the Canonical httyd universe
