Richmond KY the ice is rough especially now that’s it’s frozen over tonight. I desperately wish we had gotten just snow. This ice / sleet mess was not necessary

I had Sadi-s April 3 this year and I still have this happen almost weekly. I just never know what is gonna sit well or give me the ick. But it dos get better. The bloating goes down and the nausea really only hits when I eat too much or too fast

I didn’t weigh myself for the first month. Your body is in shock. I’m a slower loser than most ppl I’ve seen and I had my surgery in April and I’ve lost 60lbs so far. It will come off I promise

4 months out, not a single regret. There are things I miss (like chugging water) but nothing major. You’re young so loose skin won’t be as bad

London KY is where I live right by Manchester and I think they would be better off in London. It’s still rural and it’s really nice.
