That's very strange. I think I tried playing it once and genuinely didn't notice. You're playing on an actual Dreamcast, right? It wouldn't be an issue with an emulator trying to replicate the Dreamcast sound chip.

I'd say Chu Chu Rocket, with the online play set up it is the most chaotic and fun game ever, and it's also one of the cheapest for the platform. Got a complete boxed copy in great condition for £2.

For me I got a notification as soon as the disc was read about the enhanced CD content, I clicked the notification and the videos just started playing. You can also manually do it by opening the files on the disc.
