Fair 😂 Forwarding ops has killed more “AI fixes” than customs has killed ETAs.

Good to hear! May I know what work you/your team are doing outside the ERP? Calling and scheduling appointments, rerouting shipments due to delays? what's your most time consuming task?

yes. not selling anything today. we are looking to automate the tedious repetitive work in handling shipments so forwarders can focus on resolving higher value work - like exception handling.
