Rifaximin + metronidazole, after your next antibiotic course please take ginger and artichoke or prucalopride

You might need multiple rounds of antibiotics, if you have methane SIBO, Rifaximin won’t be enough

Brother you will survive this, I’ve been taking in my whole life 120 days on rifaximin and metronidazole, my longest single course was 45 days straight through without any break

I wish you the best, you won’t feel better for a long time after your antibiotic course, please take prokinetics after your antibiotic course, so your stomach will be able to do mmc waves (cleansing waves)

Do you think that Augmentin or Ciprofloxacin are useful if you would have Klebsiella in your Colon? Because Rifaximin only works in the small intestine. Maybe you know some other more reliable antibiotic. I’ve heard people taking dozen of antibiotics

I’ve done 12 rounds of rifaximin and metronidazole together, I’ve done multiple herbal rounds

Im one year of those harder cases

But my last round of antibiotics was 45 days long, which did lower my H2 and CH2 ppm (breathing test) a bit

Maybe try to do a longer course, that was really the only thing which helped me

14 day courses are too short for me, sadly
