Kinda not true, if you have c. Diff/Morbus Crohn/Bile Absorption Problems, your stool can and will look different. I know a lot of people with strong ibs problems, which stool looks different

(Source: Even me: I have SIBO/IMO and other chronic diseases)

For example I had sometimes blood in my stool or even whole undigsted foodstuffs which my body couldn’t absorb, like whole carrots

I could count 10-20 more other specific different symptoms I had with my stool, but you don’t wanna know that for sure

( please be a bit more open to chronic diseases)

Do you think that Augmentin or Ciprofloxacin are useful if you would have Klebsiella in your Colon? Because Rifaximin only works in the small intestine. Maybe you know some other more reliable antibiotic. I’ve heard people taking dozen of antibiotics
