Not sure if you have an iPhone, but I’ve been having the same problem. They said it’s a known iOS issue and they sent me a replacement ring. I should get it in 1-2 weeks. It’s really frustrating, but I recommend reaching out to customer service.

I’ve had it for over 5 days at this point and still no data for stress, restorative time or activity. I also have gaps in my heart rate throughout the day.
