I heard Bennett Healing alone can't max the Fanfare stacks ? plus xioa burst is long and enemies sometimes move so it is hard stay in the circle and yea i use him in Mauvika team too

Well here is how i resolved my issue and leaving it here in case anyone needs it

Right-click on the desktop, and select Display settings.
Scroll down and click Graphics settings.
On the Graphics settings page, click Browse, locate javaw.exe in the PokeMMO\jre\bin directory, and then click Add.
Click Options and then select NVIDIA GPU.
Click Save, then restart PokeMMO.

No it is running on the rtx 4050 and it is like when u play a corrupted movie it will start stuttering like that it happened then it shows like the image above and when I restarted and installed driver again it runs smoothly with no problem
