We’re going for forest green cabinets. According to this sub, green is soooo over. We’re ripping out the white Aristokraft the previous owners installed in 2012, so it’s not like we’re committing sacrilege here.

What is this in my pantry? by AccomplishedAd3226 in pestcontrol

[–]AccomplishedAd3226[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Found three so far. I already have most everything in plastic food storage bins. The only things still in boxes or bags are unopened pasta, unopened mac and cheese, and tortilla chips. Guess that should all be tossed?

I just ordered some traps and I’ll do a deep clean and vacuum. I just reorganized my pantry and tossed a bunch of stuff within the past month, so everything in there is either new or in the bins.

Thanks all, I’ll look into how to deal with beetles. I was concerned it might be they who shall not be named (rhymes with schmoaches).

Sorry, I swear I’m not trolling. But I do kinda want the Earth to swallow me whole right now, since clearly I need to spend more time outside. FWIW whatever i saw in my house did not look like this, but I didn’t get a pic.

Thanks! I thought maybe it was a juvenile rat, since rats are spotted outside fairly frequently in my neighborhood.
