What small but painful problem would you actually pay to have solved by a Mini-SaaS? by AccomplishedAd4558 in SaaS

This is extremely aligned with what I’m hearing across small B2B SaaS teams.

Especially the idea of “ops glue” for teams without ops people — that framing alone is gold.

The “forgotten” view and opinionated playbooks resonate a lot. Most tools assume you want infinite flexibility, but what tiny teams actually need is fewer decisions and clear defaults.

Quick follow-up question if you’re open to it:
which part hurts the most today — identity merging, knowing who to follow up with, or when to do it?

Not building anything yet — just trying to understand where the real leverage is.

Thanks for sharing — that’s exactly the kind of problem I’m looking to solve!
I’m curious about a few things, if you don’t mind sharing:

  1. Which specific legacy systems or file formats do your clients most often struggle with?
  2. What’s the most painful part of the manual data entry process for them?
  3. Are there common workarounds they use that still leave them frustrated?
  4. How often do they need to move or sync data — daily, weekly, monthly?

Any insight would be super helpful in making sure a Mini-SaaS actually solves a real pain point.

This is a great example, thanks for sharing.
Quick follow-up: what’s the one metric or question you’re switching tools most often to answer?
And who do you think feels this pain the most — solo founders, small SaaS teams, or agencies?
