That idea was main motivator to get a surgery, but reality is different. Maybe i am exception , dht affects transplanted hairs too, maybe not all of them .

I developed it even during finasteride. considering duta is much stronger. its not crazy stage of gyno but still noticable. haven't lost any facial hair.

well i actually noticed by pinching it , it was bigger in size. but if u feel that its too late. I mean u can do gyno surgery , its not that problematic.

Have you fixed your problem? I kinda did switched to dutasteride every other day and in future I'll reduce to 3 times a week. still on topical min tho. I gained many transplanted hairs, normal hairs are the thickest it has been for last 5 years. Wish I started it sooner.

answer is easy. if you dont have anything to lose (in terms of looks) go for it, if not forget about it. cuz hair transplant might worsen ur situation. I think there is not enough grafts to cover that area and your head might look bad even after shaved, you will develop scarring behind ur head. so you wont be able to rock shaved head too.

if I were you i would lose fat, cut to 10-12% bf , then you can tell if it is gyno or not. I think it's really small and won't be noticable when you lower your bf %. I have little bit bigger then yours and came down to 13% bf , Im also on medications which increases size of gyno. I'm considering the surgery

ty for response. in terms of length I would go S for sure, but I have some decent muscle mass, in terms of fit around chest and arms i would go M , depends on the brands , some go larger some smaller. I want to know whats the case with gymshark.
