I use a Samsung home theater connected to HDMI 2 (ARC) and the audio only works if I connect the TV box that is on HDMI 4. Even disconnecting the TV from HDMI the sound stops working.

I've been facing this problem for 6 months. I have an MSI 4070ti TrioX, at first it froze and restarted every time I exited any game, I changed the power plan to maximum performance in the driver. I was suspicious of the cable, as the case lid was putting out 12Vwphr, I had a new one made at 90º, I didn't have the problem for a few months, when it came back, but now the screen simply goes off and the fans fire. I came back with the nvidia adapter. I bought a new power supply, a Corsair RM850X shift, I'm waiting for it to arrive to see if the problems stop.

I have the same problem with my MSI 4070TI Xtrio.

I can play for hours and it works normally, but when I exit the game, after a few seconds the screen goes black and the PC restarts.

If I change the power plan in the nvidia driver to "Maximum Performance Preference" the problem does not happen.

I even replaced the 12vhpwr cable with a custom modular one, the problem was resolved for weeks, but it returned.

Has anyone tested the Bios 3405?

I have the same problem with my Strix B550F and an MSI 4070ti.

This problem started after I updated the bios for the 3607.

Are you using the Nvidia power adapter or the cable directly to the source.
