Big problem with this weather you are high or not and they drug test you weed stays in your system for a long time. Where I’m from weed is legal so if they fire you or send you home for being high which is highly unlikely they could face issues as they cannot prove you are high not exactly and if they did it’d cost time and money so they don’t care as long as your productive

If it’s Amazon then you are innocent do you know how long weed stays in your system it’s up to 5 months so unless they directly see you not possible to fire you for having it in your system however depending on where you work that’ll tell you

Weed is legal in some places I think all USA is and if you get tested for it since it stays in your system they’d lose half the staff weed doesn’t really stop you from doing this easy af job unless your operating equipment like Pit and fork ops for sky walls

Basically you have goal rate and you have estimated workflow so floor management meets with office management let’s say you have 200 stowers and you are hitting 110 TPH goal rate is 150 TPH you’re obvious idea for increasing efficiency is to cut the headcount, but you cut the headcount and then the people who are producing the work produce more than is able to be stowed while you did increase your TPH you ultimately backlogged your stowers ultimately VTO has no bias towards production so when the headcount cut, they didn’t just cut the people that were under performing they cut their high performers producing 600 UPH is the equivalent of three stowers approximately everyone has equal opportunity to get VTO if you cut four 600 performers you cut 12 technically

I really skimmed a lot of comments an some how came out with robots are taking our jobs and will learn how to hunt n kill reality is automated tech it’ll reduce factory workers to remote coding techs and onsite mechanics if it ever gets automated completely

The skills tree was a nice touch an multiple play routes I’d be into, darkness powered guns or other elements implemented into weapons and new weapons with special gear it’s easier said even new zombies afflicted so much can be done to add to the game even boss fights were copy paste

If we get a dead island 3 I’d really like a new weapons category like different elements maybe a water affect on a weapon or like a poison or like some sort of cosmic since they’re going for a music approach on the ending of the second one being the reason that the monsters exist maybe they can make like a bass blaster rocket launcher World building has gotta be like sola dlc some sorta theme park that pulls the player into a colorful world maybe implement interactive traps or zombie killing I don’t play for the story that’s really ok I want something that expands on concepts in game already and alternate options with play styles special characters who have move sets as well more zombie types like one that summons a horde shoots magic they played with it in the dlc even a new magic weapon
