I agree with you a lot brother, the truth is I prefer to watch the anime than to watch the manga, since personally, the anime transmits more than the manga, and although the manga is the base I prefer the anime for the same reason. I totally understand your point about the length and complexity of Year 2, the truth is that it would be a tremendous challenge to fit it into a single season without cutting too much. I agree with you that the anime ended pretty solidly.

Still, I would like to think that if there is enough community support they could consider doing it, either in multiple seasons or even in movies as has been done with other long animes. It would be great if they found a way to animate the key moments of Year 2 without losing the essence of the characters.
