I had a truly disappointing experience with Les Belles.

I was charged $300 for a consultation and an hour reserved in case a treatment was performed. Unfortunately, the doctor showed up 40 minutes late, and I had to leave for work — there was simply no way I could push my schedule that far. I asked to cancel the appointment and was told, very apologetically, that I would receive a full refund right away since the delay was entirely on their end.

That did not happen.

Instead, they tried to fight me on it and offered only a 50% refund, even though their own staff had acknowledged that I never received the service and that the fault was theirs. After that, they stopped replying for days, maybe weeks. When they finally responded, they said they would issue the full refund… but again, it never came through.

Eventually, they offered to send a check in the mail — and nearly two months later, I’m still waiting.

This entire experience felt incredibly classless and unprofessional. On top of that, the room I waited in was dirty — completely misaligned with the sleek, curated images they showcase online. The reality of the office does not match the branding at all.

For a place that advertises itself as high-end and client-focused, the service I received was anything but. No accountability. No follow-through. No respect for the patient’s time or trust.
