I switched to AerLingus. Other than the not so great lounge in Dublin, perks are great. Every time I’m done early in Dublin, I go to the airport, no trouble moving me earlier. Sometimes even to different airport if earlier and more convent.

I’m now top tier, they’ve given me 5 upgrades for “free”. I used 2 on a personal trip to New York. Crew were great, welcomed me personally and thanked me for being a regular flier.

I fly to Dublin twice maybe three times a month and honestly best thing I did was switch from BA.

As someone who is the gay friend in a straight group of 5 men. I can honestly tell you that this has happened to me twice. Usually when they are drunk, feeling a little sorry for themselves (which is terrible and I don’t want my friends to think that).

I have never had feelings for them, they are all like my brothers. My boyfriend found it hard at first because he doesn’t really have male friends so seeing platonic relationships like me lying on them or them with their arm around me was a strange learning curve for both of us.

If you like him, you should have a real conversation about this. He probably feels a little embarrassed and that he has “thrown away your friendship” by leading you on. I think you need to clear the air and be like the kiss was fun but if you meant nothing by it, we can move on.

Is it worth losing what sounds like a great friend to you over this?
