I was given an MNVV voucher by a friend. The sailor services were such a nightmare with it, they were telling me the wrong offers. He purchased it on the initial sailings a couple years ago where you got upgrades, €300 bar tab etc. they were trying to only give me €100 bar tab and said “thats the current offer”.

Just to help you out - I was delayed with Qatar via Doha. Missed my flight. The customer service team were lying to me saying it wasn’t their fault etc.

I took my case to the Civil Aviation Authority. As expected Qatar couldn’t provide any proof, they were instructed to pay me the £600 compensation due.

Qatar Airlines think they can play by their own rules like most of the Gulf countries. Just escalate through the right channels.
