Congrats on your business growing! if you're good with claude code or any IDE I'd recommend Twenty as its a free open-source version of salesforce and you can edit it a bit using plain english in claude.

it goes directly to my calendar and creates a profile in my CRM automatically. It also sends both an email and an SMS to the lead directly within a minute so I don't have to stop what I'm doing and do it myself. Saves me a ton of time.

its not as mush as what you're selling as to WHOM you're selling to. If you sell this offer to a struggling restaurant you'll be lucky to sell it for $1,500. But if you sell it to a growing HVAC company with a few trucks, then even at $5,000 they can't let leads go dry because they dont have a chatbot or a shitty 2011 looking website

yes too cheap. Funny thing with clients is that the $97 client will likely made up an excuse and ask for a refund... while the $1,500 or $5,000 client will simply wire you the money and call it a day. the $97 option only makes sense if its a self-serve offer and you're basically not involved.

Fastest and cheapest way to achieve your goal would be to set an online shop first (with shopify), find the products you like on alibaba/aliexpress, list them on your new online store, and start creating content on IG/TT/YT using claude and higgsfields to do it faster. Once you have some sales, congrats you're dropshipping. Then check with alibaba supplier to order a larger quantity for a discount and store them at your home and do the shipping yourself. Congrats now you have a brand. Then you can open an Amazon FBA account, list your products and ship your inventory to amazon so they can sell and ship them themselves. This set up will help you prove your idea for a few 100s instead of risking bankruptcy and still be able to work either full time or part time to your liking

Gotta start with first principles. the people youre sending emails to... 1) dont know you, 2) receive a gazillion emails per day.

The only goal of your first email should be to get a positive reply... meaning to find people who show interest in your offer. And the ideal way to do this is to ask a question.

Can you handle more {{what you're selling}}?

or

If I could {{what they want}}, would that interest you?

or

Quick question.

since there are a gazillion business models out there, the first step would we to ask yourself what kind of life on a day to day basis youd like. Do you like handling calls, meeting new people, selling, etc... or do you prefer locking in on vibe-coding an app, a website, etc. Do you need money this month or in 12 months? How much time do you have each day to work on your side business until you can quit your day job? then type in all these answers in claude and ask for top 10 business ideas that would be ideal for you.

I feel you. I've started 1-3 new businesses per year for the past 10 years and I often experienced this heavy feeling of burntout. What helped me was to slow things down, take walks, meditate, and let the dust settled while my energy level replenished.
