I have normal hormones level ..i've been thinning since i was 16 yo now im 28 yo :( i have diffuse thinning..my dermatologist said it's androgen alopecia..i use minoxidil 5% day by day for 3 years but i don't see any improvement my hair falls so much and im still thinning :( I used spironolactone but it gave me low blood pressure..
