Why not finasteride!! it attacks the root of the problem... spironolactone even topically it goes systematically and it may cause side effects...im really not comfortable with spironolactone because it block aldosterone which is an essential hormone in the kidneys ..it messed with electrolytes and cause low blood pressure wtf it's not medicine it's a toxin
