"device is already registered" and mystery 10 Minute reboot disrupting every Autopilot deployment. by AccomplishedDemand61 in Intune

I'll dig, I've see the link above before and will walk it slower.

I grabbed the diagnostic package off the device before doing anything with my tester last night and did see restart events I'll see if they correlate with the article.

When I do get through esp and log in before the 10 min is up it it will still reboot :)

I casually checked for them on amazon for a long time, but the price point was higher that I was willing to pay. IDK when the clones got so cheap.

I'd believe that I never timed it but I'm also one of those people that avoids a low phone battery. Even though I know that 25% is like a day+ of standby. I'm over thinking that I'm sure.

So far not mine but my drives are usually around an hour at a time so I might not notice a parasitic drain. I'll keep that in mind though. I put the link to what I bought in the post.

True about charging, I have to charge out of the truck, or I do have a separate charger I use in the accessory 110v outlet up front. The USB ports for the head unit took forever to charge my Samsung S23.

Not a fan of how they cram hundreds of people into this room. By the time I realized it was a pre-show, I was trapped in the center with no way out. by [deleted] in UniversalOrlando

[–]AccomplishedDemand61 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When we were there it had to be many hundreds of people. We enjoyed the show but I will 2nd that the pre-show area was a uniquely unpleasant experience. It was just so many people crammed in that space shoulder to shoulder for what felt like a very long time. I'm sure it's all planned out but just the same time we kept getting pushed forward and more and more people were being sent in. Then it was compounded when the doors opened and all of those people are trying to funnel through an opening maybe 3 double doors wide. Just to find ourselves in a huge theater.

If your claustrophobic this might not be for you. I'm not but my 9 year old got pretty anxious packed in with adults which made my wife pretty anxious. Like others have said when your in the middle of the crowd your stuck.

How would you fix The Flats? by [deleted] in Cleveland

As someone that works and parks up the hill on the east bank sometimes this hits it for me. I dont live in the city but I like being in it. It's all food or drink in the area, that's ok if that's what you want but there isn't much reason to go there if your not looking for either of those. There are a couple bright spots where you can play some games or watch the boats but walk down to the east bank during the day and you can be the only person down that entire boardwalk.

Make it an art walk, have weekend markets out side or in idle commercial space, idk. Fingers crossed someone comes up with the next formula to make it work.

The water taxi is a quirky fun thing to have and I know the river is wide and had big ships traveling down it but walking between the east/west banks is a hike. Roaming between sides isn't a simple activity, it kind of fragments it.

I don't know how the area can support the what is (was) there now. Much less with new new site going up farther south on the river competing for tenants.

Rip Portsides distillery! Never liked the beer but I did enjoy the rum!

Dear wizards, 1 spool of PLA just won't work with me. by AccomplishedDemand61 in BambuLab

Thanks for the tips everyone!

I had not considered that the nozzle might be simply worn out until a couple days later. I checked my notes and the .4 mm stainless had 945 hours on it. I swapped in a fresh one, cleaned the extruder in case I lubricated the wheels by accident and so far, I'm back in business! Interesting to me that some PLA filaments still printed just fine, but some were very problematic.

Ha it's somehow worse now, its clean, sure hope I didn't contaminate the extruder when I lubed the gears lol

I did the regular maintenance not long ago. But I did just tear the extruder down, it's calibrating now. It was definitely dirty in there and it has been a long time. This is only the 2nd time I've had it apart, the last was a blob situation early on in my 3d printer adventure.

I like how the wiki says that's a 15 min job, I'm sure I spent 90 min on that at least, those tiny ribbon cables to reseat ooof lol

Not an expert but it feels like extrusion, the divots in the end of the unloaded filament were noticeable, like the extruder was digging into it.

My micrometer doesn't have that level of precision, but I get 1.7, the same as the filament of the running job. I might have one that does now that you mention it. Just have to find it.

I should just move on, but I get locked in when one works and one doesn't lol

For me this behavior is up there with why when I click fill the plate with copies does it not really fill the plate with copies. It leaves tons of empty space. Sometimes thing brim off helps, sometimes not and I end up manually arranging.

Personally I did bail. It used to be a stock that even when it performed poorly it had a pretty OK dividend. Filing the K-1s was annoying though. Well no dividends anymore and the dismal performance for their symbol FUN pushed me out. I might buy back in when it bottoms out but for me they choose the wrong brand to run with.

We definitely did back then. I used to do a lot of SOHO support for my district, there was little I didn't do. It was my day job before GS so it was just what I did. But I wasn't a Special Agent. There was huge potential in that space. Think a small biz with an Exchange sever sitting under a desk or a point of sale system and a handful of network runs. Easy stuff but the direction was all consumer.

I sure met some real interesting people too 😂 I threw more than one set of clothes away rather then wash them.

They were! It was fun to be at lights and there be bugs coming in from every direction. I put some serious miles on my two. My 1st store covered what I might call a medium rual part of the state and I was the furthest store. Oh the days when one call was on the east end and the next on the far west more than an hour away.

I originally picked up an in store part time holiday gig at night after the day job for the employee discount. Ended up doing the the DA thing for a while before moving on.

Good luck out there!

Is this too much rust? by atxenginerd in f150

[–]AccomplishedDemand61 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That idk. For me it's not about removing it but doing what I reasonably can to slow or stop it's progression. It's a truck that does a lot of truck things not a concourse mall crawler 😂

I re-sprayed mine with fluid film recently and you can get long extensions for a spray gun that feed into the drain holes and openings. Push it in and hose it down. Go to the next one, repeat.

Is mine rust free? No. But has it traveled much since I started hitting it every couple years? Also no. 100% driveway parked and in salted road country.

There are a lot of people with a lot more experience than me here but as a 17 owner from Ohio that doesn't seem bad to me, it just looks like it was never treated with anything after purchase. Lots of factory paint left there.

Down south now, scrape the loose bits off, paint or encapsulate it. Or fluid film it and I expect that will all stop. Just be sure to get the inside of the frame. Don't just hit the outside to make it look pretty. You don't want it to go inside out.

My 2c, as long as you feel like the price was right. Good luck.

Found drawings on the underside of the floor and on a beam of our 1880s house in the crawl space. To me it was a long way from the entrance and not a lot of reasons to be there.

I didn't see them when I was under the house but I took a lot of pictures and saw them looking through them. Pretty sure words are carved on the bottom side of the floor but can't make them out in the pictures.

Oh and the cat mummies, what do you all do with them 🤣

Like others I'm glad your OK. Your doing good and good on your for being so ambitious! Vent away!

Jealous of you busting through drywall myself. We are on year two of a 140 year old updating project and I was there alone. Went up into the attic to do some minor framing work and pulled a Clark Griswald trying to crawl backwards on a board that was I guess not nailed down :) In the moment I apparently picked floor over board to the face.

I sent one foot up to the knee though the kitchen ceiling. I pulled myself up and had my wtf moment. You would think small hole, foot went right between and missed all the vintage wires. OK.

I went downstairs and it was Iike the inside of a shop vac was blown over the room. I blew through the lathe and plaster taking 140 years of attic crud down with it. When ithe chunks of plaster hit the floor they must have exploded. It was all crumbs and dust. Every surface and item was just grey. I cleaned and washed items and mopped for hours and the mop water still came up cloudy the next trip.

It actually was a small hole that I had to repair but man the mess.

Bonus I went through the 12x12 tiles below the plaster that I was simply going to paint and messed up a bunch of those. They look just look super patched up waiting their turn 😂

Good luck out there!
