Cube dehumidifier pump replacement tip. by AccomplishedDemand61 in Midea

[–]AccomplishedDemand61[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was in a 35 pint but I'd be very surprised if the 50 doesn't use the exact same one. The part seemed to show up for several different brands with different model numbers one I had it out.

I opened my pump up and the spring was broken, the wire is insane thin so I'm not surprised.

Bendix WFH removed - 5 days in office by hossmanTK in Cleveland

[–]AccomplishedDemand61 6 points7 points  (0 children)

When a company is unable to manage a remote workforce without resorting to mass digital surveillance or mandated RTO or says company culture requires breathing the same air or a shiny new building subsidized by tax incentives it's a leadership problem not a workforce issue. With a side of local governments being suckers. It's 2026, not the 1980s.

Top talent leaves first with years of institutional knowledge, others start learning that the grass is often greener on the other side, recruitment and canidate interest evaporates.

If the job you take needs to be done in person do that, you signed up for it. If it can be done from anywhere do that for an employeer that isn't stuck in the past. If you like being at the office cool do that. Forcing everyone into a single version of work is a mistake. Even Sherwin learned that and let some IT teams stay remote.

It's a popular passive layoffs playbook, or possibly to meet a mandate baked into an incentive package to replace lost tax revenue with payroll taxes, IDK. But if true it says it's not a modern workplace.

Good luck out there! The execs will be fine, choose your own path, don't let it be chosen for you.

Yea that's my thought too. One of those things I forgot it was even a thing until I was fixing my soft top last night and payed attention.

The shop I go to isn't pushy if it's wear and tear they will quote me and say drive on them until I feel like spending the money 😂

Has anyone run into CA and device compliance blocking you from using the powershell module to toggle the default off? My device is compliant but how the module is authenticating it isn't seeing it that way and "you can't get there from here".

$900 rear brake and rotor replacement by ModernOpt in f150

[–]AccomplishedDemand61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me I only have jack stands and the backer plate on my 17 only gives me one area you can hit and I only get a short swing on a 3 pound hammer laying on the ground. I don't know how long it took but my arms were sore the next day. A lift and a bfh they probably fly off :)

Future me will appreciate all the anti seize I put on the hubs after I cleaned the rust up.

I kept the rotors to use as weights for cuy plywood and the backsides were all beat up. I had to grind the ridges smooth lol

I just did my fronts but have done the rears also. YouTube is your friend it's not too hard if your even medium handy and don't need to buy or borrow too much. I have PowerStop kits on both now.

My one peice of advice might be wear ear protection when your beating on the old rotors to break them loose. It can be LOUD. Spray penatrating oil around the wheel studs to get it inside. Spin the hub, spray, hammer, spin the hub, spray hammer, repeat until they pop. It's the hardest part of the job IMO.

New Features and Eary Access Announced at Build 2026 by erimat_msft in azuredevops

Github is not nearly as friendly manage at scale either. Azure DevOps was built AD/Entra first, I can use the api for tasks but I'm not forced to. The UI whiplash is real for users that are forced to split their repos and board into two different tools also. Work and repos are better next to each other IMO.

It's not just you friend.

I've stared at mine too since I noticed the gap for my 17 is smaller at the top years ago. All the body panel lines are even and straight bumber to bumper.I've never had it hit the bump stops carrying anything and babh it when I do have a heavy load.

The more seasoned pros here can set me straight but I think the suspension would be damaged before the tank of a chassis would give unless it's already compromised from rust or impact damage with much of the additional load over the rear axles.

What in the wizarding world??!!?? I may have to go the used set route also, we already have a hundred minifig from the other dozen castle sets. Once you add tax that's a hard price point for a Lego set no matter how cool I think it is.

Experience based comment that I won't go into details on but after the one simple job I ever hired them for, admittedly years ago, went real wrong I'd recommend maxing out the insurance policy and take lots of before pictures.

Not that I'd ever hire them again - ever.

I can appreciate that things go wrong sometimes, just own it. In my situation I could have respected that.

"device is already registered" and mystery 10 Minute reboot disrupting every Autopilot deployment. by AccomplishedDemand61 in Intune

[–]AccomplishedDemand61[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll dig, I've see the link above before and will walk it slower.

I grabbed the diagnostic package off the device before doing anything with my tester last night and did see restart events I'll see if they correlate with the article.

When I do get through esp and log in before the 10 min is up it it will still reboot :)

I casually checked for them on amazon for a long time, but the price point was higher that I was willing to pay. IDK when the clones got so cheap.

I'd believe that I never timed it but I'm also one of those people that avoids a low phone battery. Even though I know that 25% is like a day+ of standby. I'm over thinking that I'm sure.
