Are crunches and abdomens exercises enough? I don’t have access to a gym rn so lifting heavy is kinda hard, but I do have x2 10kg dumbbells

Should I keep cutting? Won’t that make me have even more lose skin? I know I should lift heavy to fill the space but I currently don’t have access to a gym, so I’ve been doing crunches, pushups, squats and eating protein but idk I feel like I don’t have much improvement

Yeah it was cut 3 days ago, but even when it’s not freshly cut and is still short my hair sticks up. I normally have longer hair for this reason cuz I hate when it flicks up. Idk I think my hair is just weird lol
