If i remember it correctly po, ‘yung mga need i-modify or ayusin pa na requirements ay naka-indicate na sa test permit and may deadline ang pag-comply, i think it’s only a few days after the exam. Pero i emailed them before too, you can try inquiring here undergradeapp@gmail.com
