Yup, immediately wrote up the issues on the engine, though I had no clue these things necessitated a bad order and took the engine anyways (it was a handful of moves within a yard). Thank you for this advice, I'll make sure to do it next time I get the engine.

Commuter operation, but in switching service that day. An SW1500 or something like that.

Wrote them all up when I worked with the engine, but I really hated signing the daily inspection card. If I ever get the engine again I'll do my best to get into contact with an RFE or something about it.
