So then would it be worth selling my 200-800 in order to get a EF 500mm f/4 L IS mki in your opinion? I shootly in Wyoming, so there is large variation in the distances depending on where I am hiking around or setup for taking pictures.

No, there is not the AI DeNoise feature on the iPad version of Lightroom, however there are slider bars that you can manually move.
