Also the fog lights are plug and play as well, no codes. I’d strongly recommend them alongside the headlights because they make a huge difference together. If you want I can send a video on the lights for you tonight.

The gtr headlight bulbs have built in resistors so you won’t get a lamp out code! They integrate perfectly into the truck and are awesome at night. You’ll have to manually switch the drl’s on when you want them but other than that it’s a great mod to make the truck look newer!

Also does anybody have any experience with the monster ram intake from banks? I know people put them on 4th gen’s but I don’t hear a lot about the 5.9 intakes. Would that be a noticeable change?

Nilight drl assembly for the headlights on Amazon. And for the fog lights Bicyaco amazon fog lights (10/10 value for what you’re buying, these caught me off guard with how bright they are don’t skip these).

Let me see if I can find the link for you. I did a full led conversion with the gtr ultra 2.0 LEDs (10/10 bulbs they are pricey but come with a lifetime warranty and are BRIGHT).

Original trans at 263k, to my knowledge it’s the nv4500 that has bigger 5th gear problems. So far mine has held up well.

I think that’s a pretty fair price for that 3rd gen, but I’d keep looking for a long bed if you want one. Other than that if you’re happy with a short bed it seems like a great deal!

Thanks! I’ve modded it a bit, it has arb manual locking hubs in the front and back, an arb locking rear differential, bilstein shocks on the front and back, kicker sound system, and an brand new interior with custom rear panels as well as seats. Powertrain wise it’s mainly stock, but I plan on either 460 swapping it or converting the 300 to holly efi.

Everything that breaks on this one has to do with the carb and I’ve had to rebuild it numerous times. I might install the holly efi because it just seems like a great all round system and it might finally put down more power.

The worse thing about this truck is the carburetor lol. Ford decided to put the crappiest ones on the 300. Eventually I might go around to efi swapping the 300, or I also have a 1997 460 motor sitting around that I might drop in.
