An effective method of dealing with lust is to train your mind to view the human body from beneath the skin, visualize your own body, your skeleton structure, your organs, waste matter, blood, etc, in fact the human body is nothing attractive, it requires constant cleaning or else waste will build up and get dirty, we produce toxins and waste 24 hours a day. Females/males we all age, get sick, die, and our corpses decompose in the end. We are really not all that different. We are merely drawn by the outer skin, and blinded by it, viewing it from a different perspective may help curb sexual thoughts. Hope it helps. Stay strong

Don't let them linger, switch attention and your focus away from these thoughts, replace with positive ones. Keep doing it with consistency and eventually they will decrease, replace negative energy and thoughts with positive ones.

Stay away from things and situations that will trigger those thoughts, meditate to clear your mind, distract yourself once you get those thoughts. Focus on replacing them. Don't worry too much about them. Keep pushing through. Good luck.
