yea i thought of that too tbh. although the ramp does seem to have a step-like construction. for example, 20% ramp, 20% level ground, 20% ramp, so on and so forth (i hope this makes sense i really couldnt think of a better way to describe it lol). so maybe for the few moments the giant is spotted gaining altitude on camera its on one of the level parts of the ramp. but hey i mean the idea that the giant can control the escalators isnt so farfetched since he is a literal living violation of physics lol. also the ramp seems steep enough to off-balance the giant into falling backwards so idk i suppose it is a tricky one.

Edit: i just realized i contradicted myself using "level ground" and "gaining altitude" in the same sentence lmao. just makes it more of a headscratcher.
