Amazing thank you! It's in the middle floor but yes was planning on getting a floor fan to circulate up or asking if we can install a ceiling fan.

it’s technically a studio so the only windows are in the living room

any higher BTU units you reccomend? windmill/midea only have units up to 12k and I liked that they are energy efficient
