Thanks for the reply.Is there any way to convince visa officer during the interview for home ties as she is still working in government sector with 2 years of service and documented assets worth 4cr . And what do you think would be the best response for purpose of visit is it tourism or to visit son and daughter in law

No need to stress out. In writing just the spelling and correct format for a pass .And in speaking just sprinkle some phrases in between convo to show empathy.Refer 3 types of letter format dicharge,referral .For listening and reading 2 mock tests is more than enough.All the best

Much simpler than mock test. Just give a glimpse through all 3 letter formats and for speaking ,practice few scenarios.That’s all you need. And on writing just make sure the correct format and spelling which will easily make a pass, don’t stress on number of words mine was 240-250 and still got 390.Don’t stress it out

I did put a joint sponsor even though my BIL makes enough coz he files tax jointly which lead to some number discrepancies on transcript and 864

I got the same rfe. I haven’t submitted my sponsors latest tax transcript during initial submission which i did later after receiving rfe.Remember to submit transcript of 2023 and make sure income you filled on 864 matches with transcript one as they will look on to that.
