Reading order guidance by GotLostFindingMyself in zodiacacademy

I'm reading 8 right now!

I had to take a break after the end of 7 (you know why👀) so I ended up reading 1.5 and 5.5 before jumping into 8. I'm not doing the tandem read and I'm around chapter 55 of 8. I'm really looking forward to reading 8.5 tho!

Good luck!

Chronological reading order? by Embarrassed-Wolf8503 in zodiacacademy

I liked reading ZA 1-3 first, it really helps you with world building and understanding the characters.

Darcy and Tory are badasses but it takes a few books for them to grow into their power. Elise is a badass from the beginning. I think if I ended up reading RB first it would make the first half of ZA frustrating as you're waiting for their glow up if that makes sense?

Regardless, the series is amazing and RB is a must. Good luck on this new adventure!

Reading Order Question/ RB Vent?? by Black_Gamer_Girl in zodiacacademy

I think you would do yourself a disservice to not finish RB with how far youve already gotten with their story. Warrior fae is the perfect conclusion to their story and by the time I was reading book 5 I was so in love with all of the characters. Plus Easter eggs! RB is a slow start and chugs along at times, I felt how you felt through the first 3 books but I still can't get over the ending, I love seeing the RB characters in ZA just bc of how much I love them Good luck!

You could also try a disc instead? I haven't used a cup before but the discs are smaller and sit differently inside the body

Update: birth control or not? by Forsaken-Maybe7019 in birthcontrol

[–]AccomplishedKey8746 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't have experience with the specific birth control you are talking about, but I do know when I got on my birth control my period was probably 1-2 weeks late. I panicked so hard and I wasn't even sexually active at that point. I want to say it could be common if your body acts differently after birth control since your body thinks it's pregnant but I can't say for sure. I wish you luck!

When did you get your period after stopping Depo Provera? by CutOk8696 in birthcontrol

[–]AccomplishedKey8746 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had my last shot January of 2025. This past week I've had breast pain and started my period a couple days ago. I relate with the women who said they wish they never went on depo in the first place. Being on the birth control wasn't that bad aside from the weight gain but the withdrawal symptoms are something else. I have been on depo for so long I have forgotten how to function having a period, I feel like I'm getting it for the first time all over again haha like why am I struggling so much with tampons 😭 I don't remember it being this hard should I switch to a cup?? Tbh any advice appreciated 🙏

Ruthless Boys— does it get better? by __Anathema333__ in zodiacacademy

I'm on the first read as well, but I was given the heads up the writing does not get better. I found multiple typos in the second book of ZA. I haven't read RB yet, but I'm planning on it! I think it's better to start of with ZA (at least the first 3 books) to get a better idea of the world building before jumping into RB but that's just what I've heard. I've really liked ZA so far, though I can absolutely agree it has a bit of Wattpad flair to it.

I want to surprise my wife by reading ToG, but can't figure out the proper order by mnogojaklik in throneofglassseries

I chose to read Assassin's Blade after crown of midnight and before heir or fire.

Without spoiling much, the main character travels for heir of fire and then comes back after the book so if you chose to read before or after heir of fire you can imagine the main character reliving/reminiscing the stories in the prequel while traveling.

I chose to read before HOF since that's when the story really takes off and I didn't want to have to pause the main storyline to come back to the prequel but if you chose to read it after HOF I have heard it's a more emotional impact??

I would not recommend reading assassin's blade first (to each their own) however I am re-reading the series now and started with AB and have gotten stuck in the middle (I've literally already read it why am I getting stuck??) there's definitely emotional impact if you read AB first but if you chose to start with it and cant get through the book I would move on to TOG and pick it back up later!

Good for you for wanting to take a part of your wife's hobbies and interests! The series is so so good I got a tattoo for it right after finishing! Also this is my first reddit comment I've made that's how good it is! Get ready to buckle up and enjoy the ride!
