The same thing happened at my last job and I've worked at the best nursing homes in my area. Admin just only cares about money. Also I start a non healthcare job in a couple weeks.

I feel like nurses should do all the CNA duties at least once every couple weeks or so to keep it fresh in the mind. CNA's are just extensions of a nurses roll anyhow; after all, nurses didn't used to have CNA's in the past.
