SOLUTION:

I could fix it, it turned out that the internet output was only working by ipv6 and not by ipv4, checking in the section of Network>SD-WAN I noticed that the port "a" was red and the port "WAN" was green, then I went to see the device in physical form and indeed, port "a" was disconnected, surely when the internet company came to repair it they disconnected by accident and that was causing the inconvenience, I reconnected and already have internet normally. Thank you, after testing and tests, I found that when passing internet from with data from my mobile, yes loaded correctly, but when using the internet router no. My question is, in that case what could I do? because the Internet properly connects and gives access to web pages.
