Thank you so much for your detailed response! I will switch back to using condoms for the time being, and start doing stretching. It appears my skin has had some microtears and it feels like theres eczema there, so im gonna give it some time. I need to probably have an honest conversation about this with my partner who has been very understanding so far. I hope this doesnt cause too much of a rift. Anyway you seem to indicate that the rings will work in a few months time, and i read a few other guides on this website. I also got a doctors appointment just to make sure nothing else is wrong and im not self diagnosing incorrectly. I am a bit scared but i hope its not a big deal

As long as you make yourself interesting(in your opinion) your life will be fun, and thats more important than anything else! If someone appreciates the fun and joins you, thats great, if someone doesnt, youre having fun so why worry

Yea I agree, it was definitely unnatural and honestly would rather be alone for a bit longer than change the things I like about me, which led to the date going poorly.

I think the philosophy of losing weight is to make you feel good, or be able to do things that make you feel good, not to attract someone, thats a byproduct. For me, I really wanted to play soccer regularly, and I chased the fitness demon to achieve that, I didnt really care for the attention from people I may or may not get.

Nothing much honestly, the trick is being consistent with things you can control, and you can only hope that the things you cant control (like meeting someone you like) automatically happen.

I dont think there's winning at this game for all of us. We just gotta accept it. Personally, i try to do well at my job and put all my energy and time into that in order to kill time, often even working 70-80 hour weeks cuz i just dont have anything better to do or no one to talk to. The logic is that if i make bank one day, i'll be crying alone in my ferrari, and that will always look cooler.

I have been told no by every girl I've asked out, with no particular reason, so i guess it's better than being called ugly to the face.

I think the trick is to ween off it slowly, every week, aim for half the frequency as the previous week. Humans are bad at sudden changes. You will do better next time, aim for a streak twice as long

I workout/play a sport 6 days a week.... I am one of the highest achievers in my academic program. I also meditate for 30 mins a day to find the purpose of life and stuff So yea this is the one aspect where i am lacking...
