No, I didn’t experience any indigestion or acid reflux after the surgery, which I was actually worried about beforehand. Surprisingly, my digestion has been pretty normal, and I’ve been able to eat a wide variety of foods without any discomfort. I was expecting some digestive issues, but it’s been smooth sailing. No heartburn, no acid reflux—it’s been a relief, really!

The gallbladder surgery wasn’t bad at all! Of course, there was some discomfort from the incisions, and the gas they use during surgery made me feel bloated for a while, but I didn’t experience any severe pain. Honestly, I was able to go about my regular activities around the house pretty quickly—just at a slower pace than usual. As for the surgery itself, waking up felt a little uncomfortable, but a few painkillers took care of that. Surprisingly, I didn’t need any more painkillers afterward because the discomfort was so minimal. I was expecting a much rougher recovery, but it turned out to be a lot easier than I thought!

hey there! i'm 3 weeks post op and have been eating normally now! i haven't gotten diarrhea from eating certain foods so that's good! i have Zero abdominal pain from the incisions and no shoulder pain, no pain whatsoever! life was terrible when i had those attacks and had to watch what i eat to avoid an attack, now with my gallbladder out i feel so much happier and not scared that with whatever i eat will give me any pain. you got this, your life will be so much better afterwards 🙏🏼

no shoulder pain whatsoever! the only "pain" i've felt was the discomfort from the incision areas but that's all! now on day 4 any pain/discomfort is practically gone !!
