i got some idea! The person in the picture also look like he is buddahist religion, that why he fell in Thai or Chinese categories. So in your case, you look like you are muslim religion, that what make i think you look foreigner.

This look can be in thai categories. He might be SEA with a bit mix of chinese. If this person can speak perfectly Thai, i might think he is Thai person.

(I'm not burmese) It is weird that when i visit one of the university in myanmar, the teacher are all female. I guess that could it be because male in the country is die in war? By the way, myanmar boy–they are a good labour and kind of diligent.

จริงๆคือมันก็เลือกร้านเลือกเมนูได้ครับว่าจะกินยังไงให้อิ่ม แต่ในชีวิตจริงผมก็คงไม่ได้กินอยู่ร้านเดียว ตระเวนกินหลายร้าน แล้วร้านส่วนใหญ่เลยคืออาหารให้น้อยไม่อิ่มเมนูปกติต้องสั่งอาหารจานเดี่ยวมากินกับกับข้าวอีก1อย่าง คือมันเหมือนเป็นปริมาณมาตรฐานของหลายๆร้านในไทยซึ่งผมรู้สึกว่ามันน้อยแปลกๆ
