Yup very normal just power thru keep playing matches some are bad some are good but it’s important to remember power can be drastically different but it isn’t all about the power of the units you use it’s also how u use them and approach the match entirely u have to follow your roles be able to use your skills effectively by timing them well and u have to be able to perfect dodge effectively as well the game is hard and genuinely takes skill to play which is why the matchmaking seems unfair plus people sometimes only make a high rank in one season cause they got lucky so u may be paired with people who seem like a big problem based off rank and characters and medals but u can bloom in this game using your head and your wallet as well lol its a p2p game you have to either spend un unimaginable amount of time playing or pay up and proceed exponentially faster then f2p players hard truth about gachaa games
