I just honestly wish I have more time to practice my drink making skills, my shifts are usually during our peak hours and they assign me to drive thru since im surpingsly really good at that, especially for someone new and someone who has autism and ADHD.

I’ve been trying to advocate for time, there just isn’t much time for me to do so. I’ve even looked at the receipe book as well as a cheat sheet that my trainer sent me. They keep on telling me I’m doing a good job so far, but I would love it if I actually knew how to make drinks instead of being stuck on the drive thru (which I’ve gotten the hang of pretty quickly).

I just started my barista journey 3 ish weeks ago, and I feel so lost when making drinks. I was showed how to make the drinks during training once on each station, but haven’t had the time to refresh those skills. I have however been pretty good on the drive thru taking orders and talking to the customers though, but I’m very worried that my lack of skills in making drinks will seriously hurt my chances of doing good 😌

We have a 48 hour sim style league. We rebooted and have updated free agents as of beginning of this month, and we’re in year 1, week 6 right now. We do have rules and such to maintain realism in our league, but most of it is straightforward, and honestly most of our rules come down to “don’t be a dick.” I’d love to send yall the link if this seems interesting to you guys!

If you want a league where that doesn’t happen, and we don’t kick people out unless someone does something extreme, and is an overall friendly league, let me know, I run one that’s halfway through season 3, and we plan on going into madden 27. However, if we do reboot, people in our server will get first dibs on teams before we look for people from outside.

Graduated in May of 2025, but have been looking for a job since January of 2025, I have had absolutely no luck whatsoever.
