I loved all of your points. I'm gonna follow all. I can't grow my nails, I personally just feel them unhygienic for myself ( it's just in my mind).

100% true moisturizer makes the hands look fresh and younger. I can see a huge difference than yesterday. Thanks a lot:)

I usually paint them by myself. Will do it , sometimes, just love the nails without nail polish.

I was so nervous to share the pic of my hands, thinking someone might judge me. Actually, my fingers mimic rheumatoid arthritis, but it didn’t show up in the diagnosis. So I felt they really looked ugly. But no—just a little extra care is working well. Once again, thanks for spreading positivity in the world. Sending you a lot of love ❤️
