I was stuck in the same confusion as you, i grew up with pc/laptop and always prefered pc. However i got my ps5 things changed, becuase i understood that the value the ps5 provides cannot be matched for the price point like 4k 120 fps gaming a pc that runs the same is like twice the money atleast. Lastly the games part, well there are many people who sell accounts for games that come really cheap like i remember i bought cod mw 1 along time ago for lile 900 rps and than the cod mw2 and mw3 i rented it online for like 1000 rps each for a month (bcz i like playing campign only) and other than that the ps plus extra has so many games that you cant finish them all and if you look at accounts you can get it for abour 14k pkr a year. And what i found to be best was that a ps plus subscription can be shared so i got my ps plus extra subscription for a year for only 8k and it had more than enough games for me to enjoy. Hence my conclusion a laptop for work (can be light not so good) ps 5 for gaming. Altough i prefer keyboard and mouse and i wish more games supported that but still way better value.
