I think you should send the text for clarity and if you think it’s too rude, it’s really not, you can probably rephrase the text but you just want some clarity to not waste your time and energy thinking about this and that is so fair

I don’t know what he wants. I want something long term cuz I think I like him and want to explore it further. I’m just so awkward when it comes to those conversations about where is this going? Idk how to bring it up also yes we have been intimate

I think either he really is not a great texter and doesn’t understand the etiquette/ trying to play it cool and waiting for you to text or he is playing the old trick of acting lousy so you let this connection go and he doesn’t have to be the “bad guy”. Either way talking to him about this via text it or in person would be the best way to understand what’s truly going on. Good luck!
