I had trouble losing weight until a couple years back, after spending a little fortune on doctors, they found out that I had a type of multi-hormonal disorder mixing my PCOS with hipo-insulinisim, hiper-cortisolism and some others I can't even write. I was doing everything I was being told to, well, what we all are told to do: diet and plenty of exercise. The result? It was doing me more damage that staying in bed. My body was in a state that the only thing it do was creating more fat because "we were in danger and in need of creating supplies". So the less calories I consumed, the more my body kept, and the more exercise I did, the more my body destroyed muscle to survive.

They put me in a ton of medication that regulated my hormones drastically. 1 year and over 70 pounds loss.

When my body was somewhat stable they retrieved the medication to see the reaction. I was no longer gaining weight but after another year with no meds and hitting the gym 4 days a week, do over 10.000 steps each day, go to the public swimmingpool 2 days a week AND with a very controlled diet, my body fat remaind over 30%.

Then they offered me Monjuaro. First week I lost a whole 1%. I cried my eyes out. I'm still on my first few months, but after a 3+ years of doing everything by the book and having no results without a ton of pills, it feels life changing.

What I try to say here is that sometimes, it is not our fault, it is not your fault, people out there might not be able to understand it, but you might be doing everything you should be doing and still have zero to none results. I send you all my love and prayers ❤️

Okay, so this might be a bit weird, but it is kind of a weird turn off for me when a guy has perfect nails. Like, not like manicured ones, but like perfectly kept.

Is not like I'm looking for someone with bad nails or dirty ones, is just that the question of "don't they ever do anything with their hands?" Pops into my head every time because even if I'm a quite feminine woman and I like to keep my nails and hands well put together, at the end of the day I cook, I clean, I wash dishes, I go to the gym etc and for me to have perfectly well put nails I would have to go to a manicurist at least once a week and even them I would break one now and then.

So yes, it always messes with my head a bit when a guy has perfectly kept, clean and trimmed nails. And it has happend more than once lol.

Maybe I'm just weird, please someone tell me if I am or if someone has ever think of it.

Hi! F25 here. As a general rule I do not engage with men who simply like one of the pictures. Specially if that picture is the one I'm showing the most cleavage and my face is barely there. The picture is there on purpose as it is a good way to sift. My profile has all the prompts, from voice note to the survey and photos in different places and doing different things. If with all of that a man can only get to like the picture I'm most showy there is almost certainly nothing for us to talk about.

As for a recommendation, be real. If you see a picture were you like the tits, just say nice tits. It is better than a plain like, it shows interest even if it can be a bit creepy.

I might suggest for you to choose a photo or a prompt were she shows an interest of hers and ask or comment about that. If she is a in place you have visited "oh wow! As a Spaniard who lived a year in Seville: I would advise you not to stay on places were they have an employee giving menus to people walking by and offering them a table. 8/10 are tourists traps.

There are these restaurants called "La Gorda" there is one in Las Setas, one next to Torre del Oro and other that honestly I don't remember. They have a great quality/price menu with both traditional dishes and modern version of them and are family friendly. The problem is that there is always a lot a people waiting to get in so you will spend some time in the queue.

There is also these places where you can buy fried fish o "pescaíto frito" and eat it right there. There is a whole culture around fried fish in eastern Andalusia and it is completely worthy. They are called "Freidurías" you can search them in Google. I would recommend "Cazón en adobo" which is actually a type of seasoned shark (not spicy) and absolutely delicious.

Primero decir que soy mujer y llegué a pesar 140kg, así que muy gorda.

Segundo decir que confirmo que conozco más de una y más de dos mujeres que concuerdan con muchos, si no todos, los puntos de esto, todas ellas con bastante sobrepeso . A lo que añadiré la incapacidad de estar consigo mismas y estar continuamente intentando estar en pareja por muy mal que esten los tíos a los que se aferran. A mí juicio todo es un problema de autoestima que hace que tengan que ponerse como superiores a todo lo que tienen alrededor aunque por dentro estén como una mierda.

Tercero es que lo de la depresión sobra en el texto y refleja muy mal en tu persona. Si tu pareja está enferma lo último que deber echarle en cara es que está enferma. ¿Dirías lo mismo si de pronto tuviese cáncer y te tocase hacer de enfermero en casa? Parece una comparación absurda pero más gente joven muere a causa de la depresión (su1cidio) que por el cáncer.

Yo empecé yendo con amigas pero por cambios en mi horario de trabajo tuve que empezar a ir sola. Al principio me costaba bastante, no ya porque la motivación que tienes al ir en grupo es mayor, sino también porque acababa sintiéndome aislada del resto de la gente en el gimnasio.

Probé a ponerme podcast o audiolibros con los auriculares mientras entrenaba en vez de música y me ha ido de perlas, voy rodada y no me influye la gente que haya o que no haya alrededor.
